Dosto aaj ke time me fitness ka trend bahut grow ho rha hai or aaj ke boys/girls fitness pe bahut jyada focus kar rhe hai jo ki ek bahut hi acchi bat hai.
But fitness ko sahi rakhane me paise bhi lagte hai jo ki har koi a fort nhi kar sakta hai jaise  ki fitness ko sahi rakhane ke liye chahiye workouts and zym, dosto zym har koi nhi kar sakta Kyo ki zym karne ke liye paise lagte hai or paise har ladke ya ladkiya nhi de sakte is liye zym ke badale ghar pe hi home workouts aap kar sakte ho home workouts karne me koi paisa kharch nhi hota but home workouts karne ke liye aap ko acchi jankari honi chahiye agar aap ke pas fitness fild me koi jankari nhi hai or aap home workouts kar ke fitt rahana chahate hai to hamare sath bane rahe ham aap ko home workouts or fitness ke bare me puri jankari denge har din alag alag exercise ke bare me batayenge.
