Full body workout
Hello dosto....!
Aaj ham aap log ko full body workout batayenge ki aap kaise ghar pe hi apane pure body ke work kar sakte ho, ham jo exercise batane jaa rhe hai un sab exercise ko aap ko 30-30 second karna hai or har ek exercise ke bad aap ko 10-15 second ka rest lena hai.
1.jumpings jack
2.Squats
3.Crunches
4.Push-ups
5.Chin-ups
6.pull-ups
7.burpee
8.Bench-dips
Dosto ye aap ka workout plan hai aap is ko serial se kar sakte hai aap ko in sab exercise ko Monday to Saturday tak karna hai or aap ko Sunday Ko rest lena hai, Dosto agale post me aap log ko in sab exercise ko karne ka tarika batayenge ham tab tak ke liye bye good bye take care.
