Legs workout

                       Hello friends...! Aaj ham aap logo ko legs workout batayenge ki aap apane ghar pe hi apane legs or thai kaise bna sakte hai. Dosto legs or thai banane ki sabse acchi exercise hoti hai squats...! Ji ha dosto squats se aap apane ghar pe hi ek acchi sape me legs or thai bna sakte ho, ab ek sawal ye h ki aquats karte kaise hai,dosto is exercise ko karne ke lie aap sidhe khade ho jaye or aap ki jitani solder ki jitani chaudayi hai utani hi chaudayi me apane dono pairo ko faila le us ke bad aap apane hips ko pichhe le jaye or apane nee ko aage laye aap ka nee aapke pairo ke panje se aage nhi jana chahiye, ab aap jis moment me baide the us moment me hi upar aa jaye aaise kar ke 15-20 ek set me lagaye or aap is ke 3-4 set lga sakte hai aap ko is ka results dekhane ke lie aap ko is ko continue 1 month tak karna hoga or aap ka ek accha legs or thai 3 months me ban jayega, aap ko is exercise ko Monday to Saturday ka...

Full body workout

Hello dosto....! Aaj ham aap log ko full body workout batayenge ki aap kaise ghar pe hi apane pure body ke work kar sakte ho, ham jo exercise batane jaa rhe hai un sab exercise ko aap ko 30-30 second karna hai or har ek exercise ke bad aap ko 10-15 second ka rest lena hai. 1.jumpings jack  2.Squats 3.Crunches  4.Push-ups 5.Chin-ups 6.pull-ups 7.burpee 8.Bench-dips Dosto ye aap ka workout plan hai aap is ko serial se kar sakte hai aap ko in sab exercise ko Monday to Saturday tak karna hai or aap ko Sunday Ko rest lena hai, Dosto agale post me aap log ko in sab exercise ko karne ka tarika batayenge ham tab tak ke liye bye good bye take care. Friends aaj aap log ko ham six pack/abs ke bare me batayenge ki ye kaise or kitane months me ghar pe bina zym jaye bna sakte hai, jaisa ki aap sab jante hai ki koi bhi exercise karne se pahle worm up karte hai thik waise hi aap six pack/abs ki exercise karne se pahle kare is exercise kaa naam hai up-doman, Up-doman kaise karte hai sabse pahle aap ek chatayi par let jaiye or apane dono hatho ko apane Sir ke pichhe kijiye or  Sir lekar kamar tak ke hissed ko upar le ke aaiye or apane Sir ko apane ghutano se touch kijiye or fir wapas niche chale jaiye aaise hi aap ko 10-15 bar karna hai aap is ke 3 set aaram se laga lakte hai aaise 2-3 mahine me me aap ka six pack bahut easy ban jayega, aap mere photo me dekh sakte hai mera six pack/abs ye Sir 2-3 month me maine ise banaya hai aap bhi aaisa kar ke bana sakte hai.
